I spent the last decade working to make budgeting easier and fun for millions as the Creative Director for EveryDollar. I worked on the product, was on the leadership team, and managed a talented incredible design team. The last three years I transitioned into leading as Product Design Director leading the product experience.
I was involved in growing both the product and brand from the ground up. I joined the launch team in 2014 as a senior product designer and transitioned into a manager role where I led the design team with a primary focus on the product design side.
I worked with product management, engineering, and data partners to make strategic designs and coach teams. In nine years, the app has had 10+ million downloads, a high MAU, and an engaged customer base.

I joined the team as Associate Creative Director for Financial Peace University leading an amazing marketing and brand design team. I was a key member of the business leadership team.
I led the creative for overhauling the product curriculum and rebranding the legacy product. The brand refresh then became the standard that united the brands throughout Ramsey.
The pandemic shifted how people came together. We had to respond to new ways to help people with their money. I led the UX research and design teams that created an effective experience of getting a user to pay off all of their debt in 24 months or less leading to us hitting our OKRs ahead of schedule.
